At Denver Language Center we offer Spanish, English and Portuguese programs that effectively teach communication skills from the first day of class.
Every student, whether beginning, intermediate or advanced, will begin speaking the target language from the first day of class.
We encourage our students to think and speak only in the language they are learning and to avoid translations.
Our understanding teachers will work with you every step of the way to build confidence and to grow as an English speaker. Students learn the skills necessary to live and work effectively in the community. They graduate with a certificate of completion and a new found confidence and since of accomplishment and self-reliance.
• With a basic knowledge of the language, students can enroll in this program to learn specific business terms for any situation in the work place.
• A short course to teach the basics of traveling to a Spanish-speaking country for more convenient travel with a better understanding of the language and culture.
• A short cultural course to teach the basics of the language for traveling to a Portuguese-speaking country so you can get around easier with a better understanding of the language and culture.
One-on-one instruction is a perfect way to learn a new language fast and effectively. Customized programs are design to meet our student’s specific needs, all with a flexible and convenient schedule. Students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. Private classes are also available for groups or families.
Any of our programs can be taught on-site at your company. Our teaching schedules are flexible and classes are scheduled accordingly. Our Class Cancellation Policy is an added benefit as classes can be cancelled and rescheduled.
We begin by assessing your employees' level of proficiency in the target language and provide you with a thorough Language Needs Diagnosis. Once your company's and the individual's goals a have been identified, we design the program to suit the trainees' needs. Learners will increase business communication skills so that they can feel comfortable and confident in communicating with clients and business associates.
Since the community is becoming increasingly more diverse we realize importance of children learning a second language. Our after school language programs are convenient for children and they don’t interfere with school.
Classes are centered on our students learning how to communicate in everyday situations so that they can speak comfortably outside the classroom. Language consulting and placement will be provided for every student so that they can feel secure with the class they are placed in.
